Beautiful quiet mod. Apartment (70 square meters) -3 bedrooms

The enclosed 4-bedroom apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character has 70 square meters and is located on the attic of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single room a bed with 1.20 m width. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, oven, Senceo coffee machine, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. Hair dryer, towels and various toiletries are provided.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment on the 7th floor renovated in 2021 (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic spa town of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bedding. Sunny apartment in old town of Höxter

My place is right in the centre of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and restaurants as well as all the shopping facilities are within walking distance. Corvey Castle as a Unesco World Heritage Site is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the bike path R1, only about 500 m from the apartment. Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
