New, amazing cottage

Newly built, architect-designed cottage a stone's throw from the beach and walking distance to Løkken city center. The house was completely finished in the summer of 2023. (Some of the photos were taken during the construction process) The house is a small gem that accommodates a large, delicious kitchen-living room and a sunken living room with the most beautiful view of dunes. The house contains in addition to 4 rooms, conservatory, loft and two bathrooms. Outside there are two wooden terraces, lawn, secluded outdoor shower as well as a wilderness bath in scenic surroundings

The house is beautifully situated in a quiet area with only 200m. to the beach and 400m. to the family park Farmfun. The house is 150m2 and consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, large kitchen/living room/living room and charming lounge with sofa furniture, high bar and outdoor kitchen. Wide doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, so the room becomes an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50m2 covered terrace allows to play table tennis. Older farmhouse from the 1900s.

Older charming farmhouse that we have restored and kept the decor in retro style. Located in the middle of Bjergby's lovely hilly nature. Rich opportunities for good walks. Or pure relaxation. The house is very cozy and includes dishwasher microwave coffee maker electric kettle fridge and stove. 2.5 km to grocery shopping There is bed linen . Max 10 km to forest and beach. There is no TV. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove. Electricity meter is read at start as well as upon departure. Smoking in the house is not allowed.

Cozy year-round house used for summer house in the North Jutland resort town of Løkken. Located just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with space for 6 people and bathroom. The ground floor has a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. The basement has a washer and dryer.

Svejgaard guesthouse by the sea, rural surroundings

Our newly built guesthouse is located in beautiful surroundings overlooking the forest and lake, close to the North Sea and Fårup. The family rooms have a private toilet/bath and have direct access to the terrace. The double rooms have a French balcony and are located on the 1st floor and have their own toilet/bath on the ground floor. Rooms share a large shared kitchen. All rooms have views of fields and forests. The guesthouse is located on a farm, we have various animals and a pottery workshop you can visit.

Lovely bright cottage with NICE GARDEN VIEW. Renovated (2011/2022) wooden house of 68 sqm. 2023 new kitchen 2023 enjoy large window section facing the sea. REMEMBER to bring your own sheets , bed linen and towels - there are duvets and pillows. Living room and kitchen with lovely dining area with sea view, freezer. Terraces on all sides of the house. Close to nice beach. PLEASE NOTE : it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the summerhouse installations due to fire. There is no rent to youth groups.

Small nice house of 50 m2 residential.

Lovely little house that sleeps 5. Bedroom on the first floor with double and single bed, sofa bed in living room that can be made up to 2 people. There is everything in service for 6 people, duvets, sheets and towels for 5 people. There is a dining table for 4 people. Possibly 5 person can sit next to, at the coffee table and eat The house is located in a small quiet village, where it is 5 km to Sindal and 6 Hjørring, where there are shopping opportunities. There are options to bring a dog.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.

Holiday home in the Dünen and right on the North Sea

The cottage is light-flooded, beautifully located with sea views and in an absolutely quiet location (nature reserve) directly in the dunes. The wide beach, the North Sea are only 50 meters away and easily accessible on foot. The house is spacious and extensively equipped and family-owned. It is so wonderful to sit in the living room and look at the sea. PS: In order to meet your individual electricity consumption, it will be billed on departure. Use of Wi-Fi €10
