Cozy, remodeled bungalow near downtown Ferndale

Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Close proximity 15 minutes or less to: Pine Knob Music Theatre, Pine Knob Ski Resort, Chrysler Head Quarter (FCA), Great Lakes Crossings Mall, BROSE, BorgWarner etc.

Beautiful lake cottage nestled on Cooley Lake is powered by the sun. You can be too in this nearby getaway. We are the first house off the lake on a short canal. Come get away for a night or longer and take in the lake life in one of our kayaks, canoe, paddle-board or fishing gear - all included..
