Peaceful & Cozy Private Living Space

You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

A-Frame Cabin, Lake Access with Game Room

Newly remodeled A-frame cabin located directly across from the Big Star Lake public boat launch. We're a short walk to a small public beach area, located at the boat launch. Plenty of room at the cabin to park your boat trailer, ATVs or snowmobiles. There are snowmobile and ATV trails accessible from the property, just down the street. The cabin has a deck and patio area out front with a firepit. The garage space has a game room with something for everyone. (garage is not heated in the winter)

Clay Woodland is in Manistee National Forest in the village of Baldwin, Mi. It has a secluded woodland cottage on the property. A light continental breakfast is provided the first two days of stay. Spokane Retreat is great for relaxing on the back deck, by the fire pit or in the cozy living space after a day of activities in the surrounding areas. Located near the North Country Trail, Pere Marquette River and Big Star Lake with an easy drive to Ludington, Pentwater and Manistee. Nearby recreation activities include hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, off-roading and winter snowmobiling and ice fishing. Inside a TV and fireplace create another comfortable area for relaxing at day's end.
