The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Perfect for short getaways; a small, cosy, stylish, self contained annex which is part of a family home. The listed cottage is set in the AONB village of Avonwick; on the edge of the South Hams, Totnes, Dartmoor and the South coast The Annex has it's own entrance, little galley, desk area, double bedroom and little en-suite shower room. Living in the main house are a sociable, young family of three and a dog! We can organise a cot for 0-2 year olds
