Duplex view, quiet port near private parking center

Beautiful apartment of 73 square meters, well arranged, quietly located 2 steps from the city center. Very nice harbor view. 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and quality bedding in 140x190. Living room with sofa, meridian and Bretz coffee table. Very large screen led TV (70 inches or 177 cm diagonal) with access to RMC sport and BEINsport. Beds are ready and toilet linen is provided. This is a NON-SMOKING apartment but it is possible to smoke right in front of the shelter.
