Very nice house of 145 m2 completely renovated on one level with its courtyard of 400 m2 closed in the troglodyte rock village. It is composed of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room and living room of 40 m2 with large glass windows. Cozy little apartment in a quiet street. The village is located at the edge of Sarthe with its small port, lock and guinguette! Petit chalet bois de 2 à 4 personnes situé dans Brissac ,commerces à proximité, proche des bords de Loire. Propriété entièrement close. 2mm du Château de Brissac. 20 mm d'Angers 30mm de Saumur pour la visite des caves( vin, champignons....) 1h du Puy du Fou. Une boite à clé est à disposition. Nous avons aussi à votre disposition 2 vélos adultes.
