Our stylish apartment, which is located in a central location, is 100 steps away from Yusufpaşa tram station, 5 minutes walking distance to Aksaray metro and Yenikapı Marmaray station and is centrally located. Due to the apartment location, it provides transportation to many touristic areas within 10 minutes. There is a restaurant, grocery store and shopping mall around the house that appeals to all domestic and foreign guests. The apartment has its own parking lot and the apartment has an elevator. The house has 24 hours of hot water,heating, wifi, and facilities.

Ev balat

Our house is in Fener- Balat district which is famous for its historic and unique houses. It was a renovated 19th-century house in the old city of Istanbul behind the ancient city walls. Still 15 mins away from the centre by tram. The area is safe and very vivid. Full of cafes and restaurants. Just check Fener-Balat Istanbul on the internet:) You can reach us as long as you need us on the phone during your stay.
