With its magnificent view of Izmir and its big terrace…

the whole house and terrace are just for you. There are plenty of items that should be in a house. And of course, 40mt^2 has a terrace overlooking the bay of Izmir. the house is 15 minutes away from the city center(mansion) by car. If you do not have a car, you can get down to public transportation (izban, bus,minibus) for 10-15 minutes on foot or take a taxi from the street of the house. Since it is an old settlement with flags, some streets have slopes or stairs. Our apartment is registered to the tourism ministry.

All flats redecorated high quality. Very clean and shiny rooms. Wifi is free. Karşıyaka is safe place. You can see local people around. The building is very close to the bazaar which you can find lots of shops all together. It's only five minutes far to the metro by walking. All apartments are well-maintained,kitchens bathrooms have been renovated. The decoration is newly completed. Walking distance to the historical textures of Karşıyaka, next to public transportation, metro, taxi, restaurant and health centers.

The apartment is just 250 meters away from Alaybey izban It takes 45 minutes directly from the airport by metro (İZBAN). The house has a double bed and 2 single beds. The apartment is natural gas. Internet speed is 100 mbps. There is a large smart TV. Everything is available in the house.
