Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. Our property has been lovingly, restored, with a difference. We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Hidden View

Our Hidden View has an amazing view of the local farm land and Torndirrup National park. Local birds love to join our guests on the balcony for a feed. The Accommodation is not big but practical. There is 1 room with 1 single bed and 1 room with 1 queen bed. The living area is combine with an open kitchen/dining room opening to the decking which has a mini Weber, a table& chairs. This is under roof. 2 Radiators are provided in winter as well as electric blankets. NO PETS ALLOWED.

A spacious, quality, split level, over 3 levels bedroom, 2 bathrooms. (2nd bathroom is located on 1st level via garage and laundry) Pets are welcome (there is a pet fee $20 per night) There is everything you will need for a relaxing self catering stay. Ideal for family holiday or professionals looking for a quiet location after work. Only 500m swimming and fishing beach, walk/cycle path and nature reserve, short 7-10 min drive from most local attractions, city center and shops.

Self contained space in a beautiful home.

Our home is in easy walking distance to the main street of Albany and we provide a private upstairs space with a large bedroom that can be configured to have a king bed or 2 single beds. There is a private bathroom with a bath, kitchenette and living area with a smart TV. The entrance through the downstairs laundry. There is well as off road parking in the carport. We live downstairs and are available to assist with helping make your stay in Albany as pleasurable as possible.
