Perfect for globetrotters and business travellers, my studio is situated in one of the most popular areas where you can experience the good vibe of the city. Surrounded by trendy restaurants and bars, my street is particularly well-known for the local market and its typical Parisian atmosphere. The apartment is on the 4th floor with beautiful sunshine in the morning and sheltered from the traffic noise. ENTIRE APPARTMENT FOR RENT. Apartment located in the very lively area of Voltaire and Bastille, just a step away from the street of Charonne, in the 11th district, this T1bis of 26m2 totally fitted out and calm, is very comfortable and perfectly adapted for a pleasant tourist stay in Paris. This apartment is my home, there are many books and the decoration is to my taste :) Also I share my apartment with a cat, so it is not adapted to allergic people. I look forward to welcoming you!

This house of about 30 square meters, is located in the old heart of Paris, 3 minutes walk from Place de la Bastille and a short walk from the Marais. An area characterized by an immense variety of clubs, bars and restaurants for all types of cuisines and nationalities. The apartment is located in rue de Charonne, near the metro Ledru Rollin and Bastille, allowing you to be quickly connected to the whole city. There is also a Velib car park near the front door to rent your bike.

Bel Luminous apartment in the Marais

Ideally located in the upper Marais, rue de Turenne, close to rue de Bretagne. Very lively neighborhood full of restaurants, shops and galleries! The apartment is new, modern and has a lot of charm. It was decorated by my mom who is a decorator:) It is bright with rooftop views and quiet because it overlooks the courtyard. 2 rooms: one bedroom and a living kitchen with sofa bed (sheets not provided for the sofa) For summer no air conditioning, there is a fan.
