LBI-110 Very cozy and well equipped, small but has everything, ideal for a couple with a child. One minute from the beach on foot. Ideal for surfing by leaving with the suit and board directly from home, paragliding, skateboarding, etc. Private garden for the apartment with barbecue, table, chairs and hammocks. The apartment and garden as well as the house enclosure, only guests who are staying are allowed to access, outdoor visits are prohibited.

Independent apartment studio 5 minutes away from the beach. Excellent views over the Bay of San Sebastian, lots of light, 5 windows, all exterior and new; work/eat/cooking area/, kitchen utensils, full bathroom with large shower; large double sofa bed of 1.50x2.00, continental breakfast, Wifi, TV. We are in a quiet and very safe residential area a few minutes from downtown walking around the Bay or by bus. Free paid parking on the same street.
