Classic, simple, and tastefully. Ideal for disconnecting for a few days. Due to its excellent location, in this oceanfront apartment, you will be able to enjoy the most beautiful sunrises of Mar del Plata. In the bay of Varese, 3 blocks from La Fonte D'Oro: walk along the coast, have a coffee reading that novel you can't finish, have lunch outdoors, go down to the beach and get your feet wet or just gaze at the sea from the balcony. Beautiful apartment just in front Varesse beach with a breathtaking view! Fully equipped, lovingly taken care off, and ready for those who want to spend some unique days in the city. You can have breakfast, lunch and dine watching the ocean =) The aparment is very ample (130sq mt) and of excellent quality. It has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi) and an extra toilette. An indoor parking spot is included. Its location is perfect; just in front of the beach.
