The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Cottage

Set amongst the orange groves, and perfectly located for sandy beaches ( 2km away) and near to Dénia town (5km). The Casita (small guest house, no kitchen, but with fridge & kettle) is set in the grounds of our private villa, behind electric gates and with views of both the Segaría and Montgo mountains. A very tranquil setting but with great access to everything Dénia and the surrounding area has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you here and we are sure you will love it as much we do!

Beautiful chalet with a Mediterranean garden and a small pool, ideal for couples or families, equipped with everything you need to spend an incredible holiday in one of the most exclusive areas of the Marina Alta. The property is located in the urbanization La Sella, the environment is perfect to relax and disconnect. The location is very quiet but at the same time it is very close to Denia and Jávea which have incredible beaches, parks, countless restaurants and a lot of leisure activities.

Beautiful apartment with pool in the sella

The LA SELLA district is monitored, it contains a very large magnificent golf course, with the MARRIOTT spa and restaurant hotel. The apartment is located in a very secure residence, with covered parking, swimming pool 2 steps from the dining room, bordered by palm trees and lawn. It consists of a large master suite with bathroom and toilet , as well as a guest bedroom,with shower room and toilet . A dining room overlooking the pool and views of the Montgo and the Golf.

Our little oasis: a Mediterranean getaway

Welcome to our little semi-detached house, only 5 minutes away from the beach by car and a 15 minutes walk to the town. Enjoy the pool and a beautiful garden with views of El Montgó, Dénia's natural park. The house, which has been recently renovated, is located in a quiet condo and has a dishwasher, a complete kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning and 300mb symmetric fiber, which makes it perfect for a weekend getaway or to work remotely for longer periods.

CALABLANCA

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. This unique character is appreciated in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
