This 1 bedroom, 1 bath rental is the upper level of the Riverview House. Two balconies (one facing the river). Large living room, full kitchen and dining area. The lower & upper are not connected from inside so each level has their own entrance and rent separately. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Located near Hunt, along Guadalupe River (dam-controlled so water level same year-long), our private riverfront is 150-ft away - great to swim, kayak, float, and fish. Casa Blanca has 9 rentals on 11 acres.

This Rustic country home sits on 2 acres with hilltop view to the west with breathtaking sunsets. The large patio with stone fireplace is a great place to gather with family and friends. Wildlife roam the property. A deer feeder is just off the patio giving you a close encounter twice a day. You might get lucky and get a glimpse of our resident fox or roadrunner. They like to be fed leftovers. Play yard games, make s'mores by the fire or read a book on the swing. Relax or go exploring.

Great Location and great amenities! This cabin is in the best spot in Concan; conveniently located between two of the best attractions to visit (River Rd and Garner State Park). Bring your camera; this property has fifteen acres to hike and explore; views are mesmerizing! There is a large gathering area with a large fire pit, chairs, and a picnic table for you to enjoy with your family and friends. The property is very unique; it has caves and a stone wall up in the hills as well!

The River Run Villas are awesome for having a country getaway with family and Friends. They were built in the mid 90's and have a very nice rural charm. They are not new construction but they are very well maintained. If you are able to appreciate the huge yard, great location, great pool, and the fact that we accept small house pets, then you will love the Villas. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
