It has a modern fully equipped kitchen open to the living room that has a sofa (convertible into a bed) and TV. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. It is located less than a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and the Humid Neighborhood. In the surroundings there are all kinds of services and the possibility of free parking on the street.
