The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

L'appartamento è situato nel centro storico di Cefalù nel rione Giudecca ,zona a traffico limitato ai soli residenti . Ha due esposizioni una sul mare e l'altra sulla Cattedrale e relativo giardino. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla e offre squarci panoramici di grande bellezza. Dalle mura , al giardino del Vescovo, alla magnifica Cattedrale Arabo Normanna, inserita del percorso arabo normanno dell'UNESCO. A dieci minuti di cammino si trova la spiaggia del vecchio suggestivo molo .
