Air-conditioned and renovated apartment on the 1st and top floor better than a ground floor ,with spacious mezzanine,well located , close to the beach and shops, quiet not overlooked with private parking,fully equipped in new condition ( TV,oven, microwave ,fridge + freezer,tassimo, kettle,coffee maker, washing machine, vacuum cleaner .) Beautiful terrace with blind ,maxi 4 people , a bedroom 2 pers and a large mezzanine 2 pers with velux and its blind . (also p bed + baby chair), nice unobstructed view.

Garden with superb views of all Collioure and Mountains . 4 chb dble including 1 accessible by a ladder + 1 chb in (mezzanine) with 2 single beds, 1 cnpe bed in the office space, + 1 folding bed in +, 3 SB dt 1 ac bath, 3WC, living/dining room, equipped kitchen,laundry room, laundry, 2 BB beds, changing tbl. Our house is composed of 4 independent bedrooms with bathroom in each bedroom. The living room and kitchen are very well equipped with TV, wood burner, stereo, Wifi. There is no garden or terrace but it is a pleasant house for holidays with family or friends.

Dishwasher washer, close to all shops. Supervised beach 50 m away. Sailing spot. Naturist beach 1 km. Ideal for one couple and two children. In July and August, check-in and check-out is on Saturdays .

My place is close to the stunning view of Salses Pond, the beach is about 500 m away. For sailing lovers, only a few dozen meters to walk. . My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged companions. The pool , hot tub are unavailable, a prefectural decree does not allow its use. Eastern Pyrenees are on heightened drought alert
