Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

Ideally located 6 km from the Thermes de Jonzac or the heart of town in a quiet location with beautiful views of the countryside.Garden of 4270 m2 with fruit trees. Small pond and guinguette . The 38 m2 house has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. From 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting room (20 m2) with bed in 160 x 200. If you are 2 and want 2 bedrooms, register 3 people.

Close to the train station (Paris - Boulevard line)and shops. Charming 3 piece comfortable duplex. Ideal for couples with two children + a baby Train station at walking distance. Charming duplex, 3 bedrooms. Ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 childrens. Exceptionally, for one night and depending on the dates I can add to the accommodation additional rooms for 20€ .chambers communicating with the initial accommodation

A calm and peaceful moment

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
