We’ve successfully rented our holiday home for many years. Perfectly placed for town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

Dreamers Cottage is perfectly located, right in the heart of Southwold. Short breaks throughout the year, with a minimum stay of just 2 nights even in high season. Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars and a barbecue. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.
