Modern guesthouse including sauna. Beautifully located in the outskirts of Enschede. In the middle of nature and yet also close to the built-up area. Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling tours in 't Twentse land. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house has all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing cubes for the dishwasher have been thought of.

Our forest house is beautifully located on the edge of the Veluwe forest. Both hiking and biking and equestrian trails are within easy reach. The cottage is simple and sustainable. It is suitable for a couple possibly with children (one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed). There is internet, TV, fridge, oven, etc. Heating with a heat pump, a green roof, electricity via solar panels, clay floor and walls. Your dog can roam freely on a fenced property of 6,000 meters. De boerderij ( twee onder één kap) is gebouwd in 1900. Het voorhuis heeft veel authentieke details behouden. Het voorhuisje met een zit-slaapkamers biedt u rust en ruimte in een landelijke omgeving . Wij wonen in het achterhuis. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Slechts 3 km van Steenwijk centrum en 3.9. km van het NS station. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Forest bungalow with lots of privacy.

House Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not in a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018 it was completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best thing to do is stand in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own property of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the woods in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

Dishwasher, oven, 6-pits stove. Shower and WC. Nature all around. Garden completely fenced off, good for kids and dogs! Our home is fantastic for young families, or a sporty little group of friends. Note, it is also home to our own lovely dog and other dogs are also welcome. We cannot allow cats though......
