SMALL PARADISE IN THE MIDDLE OF MALLORCA

El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Very quiet and sunny an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several awards at European level for its conservation with the environment. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and can spend days on the beach in the port of soller with all the activities you want. Located in the heart of the Sunset Mountain range, it is ideal for hiking trails.

Fantastic Villa in El Terreno

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
