Embrace the laid-back style of this coastal home. The residence features an urban chic interior aesthetic, wood finishes, blue hues echoing a beach theme, an open-plan living area, a BBQ terrace, and large, spacious master suite and patio. With it’s 20 foot vaulted ceilings throughout the entire unit, it provides a wonderful, open family vacation experience. Due to Covid-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize the unit. If anyone in your family has been sick, has a cough or any symptoms, please notify me immediately. Ocean Front.The whole first floor 3b/2b condo is your private residence. Walk off the patio onto the boardwalk and the sand! 2 blocks from the pier / Main Street with quaint shops & restaurants. Remodeled, new appliances, wood floors, in unit laundry, 1 car garage, bbq. Seal Beach is a family destination with surf, sun, shopping and entertainment. One of only a few approved vaca rentals in the city. We live in the upper unit with our kids so you may hear some early morning pitter patter. :)

Sunny two bedroom condo with a sofa pull out bed in the living room. Added air conditioner ! This 1400 square foot unit is on one level and accommodates 6 people, but please no toddlers or runners because neighbors work from home and will complain. It has an ocean view from throughout unit and boasts huge deck. One level and one driveway parking spot nearest front door. New outdoor furniture. We do allow vaccinated dogs that are under 50 lbs (no cats) with a $150 non refundable pet fee

Enjoy a bustling coastal experience, centrally-located to Belmont Shore, Long Beach. Imagine long summer days, swimming in the bay, sailing the trusty sabot, biking (now there is a 12 mile bike beach bike path that can't be beat), wandering the canals of Naples in a kayak or whatever flotation device is at hand such as a paddle board.
