Double room in the historic center of Manresa

The double room is rented. Bathroom and other common spaces shared with me. This is my usual address The apartment is quiet , spacious, and cheerful, belongs to a modernist building located next to the Basilica de la Seu, in the historical part, close to everything. Downtown is a 5-minute walk away. You can enjoy everything going on foot. ATTENTION: The town of Manresa is located in the center of Catalonia, 70km from Barcelona. You can arrive by train from Barcelona in Renfe R4 or FCG.

Beautiful home in a quiet environment, sorrounded by nature and easily connected with Barcelona and outskirts. All kinds of conviniences: At home: swimming pool, garden, different terraces, barbecue, parking… In the area: Supermarket, bakery, gym, padel, hair dresser… Only 30 seconds walking distance from train station! In the heart of downtown, very elegant and exclusive , with en-suite bathroom, large 70 m2 terrace with sun loungers and chill-out area, the outdoor shower to cool off . The ideal space to enjoy all day , next to the best restaurants and shops 3 minutes from the train station.
