Ideally located in the heart of the Butterfly, this pleasant T2 has all the comforts you need to welcome you after a day on the beach or hiking. Close to the Parc des Mamelles and its beautiful rivers, you will also be 20 minutes from the beaches of Grande Terre. In a residential area, you have at the end of the street, bakery, supermarket, rotisserie, pharmacy and medical center. Located between Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre, halfway between tourist sites. It is the ideal base for your visits: Discovery of the tropical flora and fauna, swimming in the river, visit the Cousteau reserve and the ilets or lounging on the beaches lined with coconut trees. Fully air-conditioned duplex apartment in pretty little very quiet residence and ideally located for visiting Guadeloupe ,this island of greenery sea view has all the shops on foot: bakery, grocery store , tobacco press , pharmacy etc. Also restaurants and local food caterers. Supreme luxury: water outages are almost non-existent! The residence has a very large and beautiful pool Kitesurfing SPOT at 50 meters .
