The apartment is located ultra-central in a residential building, with access to the Mara Park, where children can benefit from a specially designed playground. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generous living room with 2 terraces facing the park and the fountains. At 3 minutes of walking you can find a variety of restaurants and cafes as well as a supermarket and numerous grocery stores At maximum 30’there are many ski slopes.

Apartament etaj 1, situat central, in apropiere de gara, mall, spital - 3 minute cu masina. In imediata apropiere sunt hypermarketuri, restaurante, pizzerii, magazin chinezesc, farmacii, frizerii, banci, brutarii, dar si Selgros, Dedeman. McDonald´s este la 5 minute de mers cu masina. Pot fi cazate 1, 2, 3 day 4 adulti. Indiferent cate persoane rezerva apartamentul NU va fi impartit cu alte persoane. Contra cost organizam preluarea oaspetilor de la aeropoarte sau gari.

Eagle’s Nest @Short-Stay

Go to bed and wake up overseeing most of the City (including the Hills). Located 10 minutes away from Vivo Mall and McDonalds, this apartment is very Central. Situated on the 8th floor of a 10 story tower building with elevator, Eagle’s Nest will offer stunning views right from your bed. You might find the lobby area, elevator and hallway a little old but we are working on improving them as well. The fireplace and FREE Netflix will make your experience complete.

Apartment with free parking located in the Old Town of Baia Mare, near tourist attractions, terraces and restaurants. The best place if you want to discover the charm of the old town and enjoy the top restaurants and terraces in the city. It has an open space living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Located on the 5th floor (NOT ELEVATOR!!!), it has no balcony but offers a gorgeous view of the surroundings. It has indoor yard parking
