Lost in rice fields: the beautiful wooden villa

This amazing villa worth your attention not just because it's located in the most unique area next to Ubud center but because of plenty of other reasons: the house is made from wood and here is not so hot; the easy wind from fields brings coolness; you can walk among rice fields around; the interior and view are just fabulous. Except for all these things mentioned above pay attention to a gourmet restaurant in short walking distance, to quietness and deep calmness like hundreds of years ago.

Canggu represents a large area of Bali, most is accessible by scooter. Our part of Canggu/Berawa is totally walkable. Short distances to the beach, surf classes, beach clubs, cafe, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, yoga, gym etc. 20 min easy stroll along the beach, go left to Seminyak and right to Echo/Pererenan beaches. Avoid all the traffic! Please be aware there is ongoing construction in the area that goes sometimes til 9-10pm. This is why our rate is half of what it usually is.

Stay with a Balinese Family in eco-friendly house!

Nestled in the center of Penestanan, just off the main road, is a small complex with 3 bamboo houses and 2 concrete houses, operated by a Balinese family. You will be staying in a bamboo house overlooking the rice paddies, but right now, there is no ricefield only green grass, because the water is cut off in this area. Expect an authentic experience and an infinity pool overlooking green grass. You need walking 10 minutes from the mainroad to reach this house, because no car access.
