Spacious private accommodation - Smart Home

A warm welcome! Enjoy the tranquility in the countryside, sporting activities (e.g. Running, cycling, horseback riding, tennis, …), the proximity to Vienna and Vienna Airport. Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train the transport connection to Vienna is given. The apartment on the first floor is available to our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but private apartment entrance door), garden, swimming pool (in summer in fine weather, not heated and not secured)

Beautiful bungalow in the Vienna Woods

Lovingly renovated '60s bungalow in an absolute quiet location in the middle of 1,000 square meters of natural garden. Living area: living room (42 sqm) with adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms (14 sqm each), bath, wc and anteroom. Living room with dining table for 4 to 6 people and sofa bed (150 cm). From the living room direct access to the terrace (20 sqm) with spacious seating set. Bus to Vienna (city limit 3 km/center 20) runs every half hour. Two supermarkets on site. Only 5 minutes into the woods.

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

A newly renovated apartment in a newly renovated house. With access to the beautiful garden surrounded by greenery. In 25 minutes to the P&R in Vienna, in the midst of some hiking and climbing areas (Peilstein, Thalhofergrat, Helenental, Triestingtal...) and interesting for cyclists. For city visitors who also want a little vacation in the country. For parents who want to enable their children to play in the garden. For musicians and barbecue enthusiasts who also enjoy our company.

Das romantische Apartment Lara ist im 2. OG über eine klassische Pawlatsche zu erreichen. Es verfügt über Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Das Albizia Apartmenthaus wurde 1909 im Badener Architekturstil erbaut und 2022 liebevoll restauriert. Dabei wurde großer Wert auf die Beibehaltung historischer Elemente wie Kastenfenster, Kassettentüren, Laubengänge u.s.w. gelegt. Small cozy house on the outskirts of Vienna

Enjoy simple life in this quiet and centrally located accomodation with big garden on Hirschentanz in Breitenfurt. The peripheral disctricts of Vienna only 5 minutes away by car. Shopping facilities (Hofer, Billa), pharmacy and tobacco shop 3 minutes away. Green area, Vienna woods for walking, running, biking in front of the garden gate. Tennis and Golf in Breitenfurt, a few more Golf courses in the neighbourhood. Bus to Vienna, 2 minutes walk.

Das Apartment Bellevue (100 m²) befindet sich im ersten Stock unserer eleganten Jugendstil-Villa, die 1913 erbaut wurde. Die Villa liegt in einer idyllischen Grünlage am Fuße des Maurer Berges, abseits der Straße auf einer Anhöhe. Das Apartment ist nach Süden und Osten ausgerichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die beeindruckenden, jahrhundertealten Bäume des rund 5000 m² großen Parks sowie auf den malerischen Wienerwald.

This fantastic cottage offers a quiet location and has a breathtaking view over the Schneeberg. The Teesdorf train station, the Lille Hus Coffee, a Spar and pharmacy are all within walking distance. There is a tennis and soccer field in close proximity, as well as a huge dog walk-through zone. The house consists of a big living-dining room with terrace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet.
