In Northeim: restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, etc., cinema, mini golf course, tourist information, indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool, leisure lake, museum. The flat has its own entrance (ready to move into March 2023). Smoking only on the patio/garden. Non-smoking apartment! Parking space on the property TV with magenta TV.

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Als Kontrast zur historischen Holzfassade haben wir die Einrichtung modern und gemütlich gestaltet. Unsere FeWo 1 liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse. Gartenmöbel mit eigenem Sitzbereich und Grillmöglichkeit laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Ausblick zum Schloß und das Ilsetal sind malerisch.

House Iris is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway..

Our great apartment is located in a beautiful location 10 minutes from Braunlage and at the foot of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. 150 meters away you will find the ski lift with many hiking, cycling opportunities, not to mention the toboggan run and the MSB-X-Trail Bike Park Sankt Andreasberg. After these wonderful outdoor activities, there is a nice restaurant at the foot of the mountain for a snack and a drink.
