Bright, cozy apartment (approx. 60 m²) with garden view and separate, ground floor entrance. It is in a quiet location on the ground floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr, as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with natural light in the basement of our detached house in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hallway opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, i.e. we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wifi. TV. Close to DRK Altenheim. A travel cot can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with baby, a booking is possible after consultation.

Live and vacation in the middle of the Siebengebirge

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Seven Mountains, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly on the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings e.g. to Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment is about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has its own parking space and a small front garden .

The apartment is located in Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Mount of Olives and is a perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. Ferienwohnung Bachstelze in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg. Our in-law apartment has one bedroom with double bed (1.60 m), a spacious hallway with reading corner and sofa, a shower room and a cozily furnished kitchen. The apartment also has its own terrace, which is only used by guests, with beautiful views of the countryside. Our apartment is allergy friendly. The walls have been painted chemical-free with chalk paint.

In this modern apartment I offer space for 2 persons. A beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bath, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen await you. You can relax in the living room in front of the TV and in good weather on the large balcony. The nearest bus line is just 5 minutes away, as is parking right next to the apartment. The A3 motorway is just a few minutes away

Separate entrance, 2 rooms balcony and bathroom

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
