Holiday apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is via the Isar promenade in 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping facilities such as bakery butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. Rooms are located on the 1st floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a locked apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Modern apartment with luxury amenities that accommodates two people. Chic bathroom with large shower cubicle. Great large and quiet terrace just for our guests! Fully equipped kitchen! Company Roche is within 20 walking distance, 5 minutes by car. Superposition on the Alps, only 40 km to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 50 km to Munich or 100 km to Innsbruck, Kochel- and Walchensee can be reached in half an hour, Starnberger See and the Ostersee are very close!

Iffeldorf an den Ostersee is a beautiful village, popular and loved for its beautiful nature. Situated not far from Munich and you are jerky in the mountains. Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly outside the front door. Your place is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sights. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was built in 2018. So everything's brand new, including your decor.

Bright apartment with front yard

Not suitable for small children! 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Renovated in 2020, the apartment in the basement (yet bright and friendly) is located near (about 300 m) from Kochelsee. Just cross a road - a park will take you to the lakeside promenade. The apartment has a double bed (1.80x2.00m) and 1 folding sofa (1.85x0.75m as an additional sleeping place). A private entrance, a covered patio and a parking space are available.

We converted my father's former carpentry into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.
