This beautiful new home for 1-14 pers. can accommodate everything in 3 apartments from the couple to the extended family. In the middle of the nature of the eastern Elbe valley you will find peace and quiet. Activities such as hiking, fishing or rafting can, in addition to many attractions in your area, enhance your holiday. On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit in large circles by the bonfire. Direct neighbour is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the next village there is a large rustic brewery.

We look forward to all those who spend a nice time in our lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating. Feel at home in the truest sense of the word! Close to town but village-like (you️ may need a car or similar) and idyllically located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is an almost optimal starting point for activities or simply to relax. You have good transport connections to the metropolis of Hamburg and the beautiful salt city of Lüneburg.

The village center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30m2) with private entrance, double bed (1.40m), single bed (0.90m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge". In the neighborhood is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" between 7am - 4.30 pm during the week.

The apartment is on the upper floor. There is a large room with a 160 cm wide double bed, a kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a small room (11 m²) with a single bed and a desk. If both rooms are used by 1 or 2 people, a surcharge of €15 per night will be charged (to be paid locally). The apartment has its own bathroom. The apartment is not suitable for fitters.

A small cottage in the countryside

A charming little cottage in the second row, surrounded by green, offers a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The ideal base to recharge your batteries and to spend a wonderful time. Thanks to its perfect location, you can explore the city wonderfully on foot. For children under 6 years of age, the property is not suitable because there is an open fountain and small pond on the property.

Relax in this special and quiet place right on the Elbradweg. The house is located just before Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It's perfect for exploring Hamburg or cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the ferry jetty Hoopte and 5 minutes by foot to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
