Recovered house ( old cellar), integrated in a farm with 5,000 m2, with wide variety of citrus fruits and other crops. Great garden with ocean and mountain views. It has a very spacious social area, ideal for families and groups of friends, where there is a pool table. Very close to several beaches and the center of Vila Franca do Campo. There are several trails starting near the house. Located on the south coast of São Miguel Island, with easy accessibility to Ponta Delgada.

Village peacefull house. Nature. Easy acess!

Beautifull big house, fully equiped, peacefull area, great view to the ocean. Restaurants and supermarket close by. Hammock and relax chairs outside. There´s a fireplace and wooden oven. Very quiet, on a very peacefull village. Swimming area close by, water stream with fish, great for hiking, bird watching and canyoning. 20 mins to furnas lake. close to a natural reserve and the highest mountain on the Island. garden with BBQ. Fresh milk, cheese and bread from the neighbours.
