Quaint stone cottage in Village

Delightful newly renovated cottage with cozy wood burning stove. In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Canoeing easily accessible. Review from Allison: Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful house, everything you need for your stay. Lovely area with plenty to do and see. Best value and nicest place we have stayed.

Maison de la Grotte is a peaceful gite in the heart of Perigord Noir. We are located in the 'golden triangle' of the Dordogne, just 40 minutes from the beautiful medieval towns of Sarlat, Perigueux and Bergerac. The gite is on a plot of 3 acres, and has a completely private garden (featuring its own cave!) with direct access to a stunning heated pool of which you have sole use. We live in a house on the property, and we respect your privacy but are on-call if you need any assistance.

Each of the 3 double bedrooms hosts a king size bed that can be made as 2 single beds and there is one room with a single bed. Comfortable 90 m² cottage with stunning views and all the possibilities for well-being. The pool is waiting for you in a magical setting. For your evenings, the fire pit will create an atmosphere outside of the world. The wild and natural environment, as well as the presence of all the wonders of the Périgord Noir offer plenty of activities. Linens are optional for stays of less than 3 nights. La Maison des Coeurs

A tranquil rustic location, enjoy days by the pool, walks in the forest or evenings on the terrace. We accept pets by special arrangement. A refundable 300 euro security deposit will be required 3 days before your stay. we'll email you when this is due along with the rental contract required in France. In the winter months there will be a small 30euro heating fee per any stay over 3 days or more. The pool is open from June to Mid September and is not heated.

This peaceful accommodation in a very nice hamlet, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to many tourist sites such as Château de Hautefort, Tourtoirac caves, Lascaux, sumptuous villages de la Dordogne Valley, Sarlat, Périgueux... Numerous hiking trails close to the house; tree climbing just 10 minutes away and swimming at the cuckoo pond Not to mention the gastronomy that honors us. Ideal for a refreshing holiday with family...
