This is a complex located in front of Marina del Este Beach. Magnificent ocean views, quiet area with private beach access and five minutes from the Herradura. A third floor with elevator, fully equipped, with wonderful views from the terrace, with a pool (open during summer months), parking and surveillance cameras that are located on the access stairs to each block and in the common areas of the development. Ideal for diving and water sports.

Super nice holiday home on the sunny coast. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the possibility of adding 3 extra beds. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a wardrobe and a private bathroom, while the other bedroom also has its own bathroom. The apartment is located next to the Hilton Higueron Hotel/Resort, where there are opportunities for padel tennis, spa, sauna, fitness, and wellness (These are paid services)

Amazing, newly renovated, sea-front apartment with large balcony offering incredible, unimpeded, panoramic sea views. Steps away from the beach in a quiet residential building. There are two swimming pools (one is a small pool for children). Excellent location -- very close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, healthcare clinic, bus stops, taxis, etc. This is a brand new listing on Airbnb to kickoff 2020!

Amazing apartment by the San Cristobal beach

Hjärtligt välkomna till Casa Catrin vid San Cristobal stranden. Smakfullt renoverad lägenhet med det "lilla extra" som har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska. Här råder det ingen tvivel om att ni kommer trivas, med endast 50 meter till San Cristobal stranden, promenad avstånd till gamla stan är det svårt att hitta en lägenhet med ett bättre läge.

Totally renovated in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and only few meters from the sea. Just in the centre of the town , amazing views from the terrace and very confortable with air-con in all the rooms, nice and very well equipped kitchen , perfect apartment for holidays !
