Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

El edificio cuenta con sector parrillas en la terraza, hermosa piscina al aire libre y laundry. Barrio de ubicación privilegiada, con acceso muy cercano a medios de transportes. El pintoresco Boulevard Caseros es un sitio de gran valor histórico y el nuevo polo gastronómico de San Telmo. El barrio ofrece arquitectura de época, varios restaurantes, cerveceras, anticuarios, museos. El parque Lezama está a pocos metros del departamento. A pocos minutos de Puerto Madero. ubicación excelente con servicio de varias lineas de colectivos, a 10 minutos caminando de la Estación de trenes y subte Constitución, a 4 cuadras de la Avda 9 de Julio y a pocas cuadras de Puerto Madero. Se puede caminar tranquilamente hacia cualquiera de estos puntos.

Excellent new centrally located environment. Downtown Avellaneda. A mts from Av Mitre and with unbeatable access to Capital Federal, Public Transport Double futon, Sofa bed, bottom bed, Air conditioning, full bathroom, kitchen, fridge, freezer, micoondas, electric Pava, large balcony, washing machine. Very comfortable, spacious and bright. The tranquility of a well-kept neighborhood to enjoy a Great City. 15 min from the Obelisk Very close to the courts of Racing and Independiente.

Fully equipped apartment, in quiet and family building, in the neighborhood of Barracas and on main avenue that makes it safer,surrounded by shops, supermarkets, restaurants and with means of transport right at the door that lead in 15' to the Obelisco , city center, San Telmo and Puerto Madero and 20' from Palermo and Recoleta. These are 3 rooms: kitchen with everything you need , living room with table and sofa bed with two beds very comfortable, bedroom with double bed.

Industrial Loft with a private balcony and amenities

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the Molina Ciudad building, a former factory. The apartment is very bright, has a modern style, it has two floors, on the ground floor the kitchen, dining room and a full bathroom and on the first floor, bedroom, full bathroom and private terrace with grill. All this overlooking the building's pool. * The decor does not match the photos, it had to be changed, and the chair was changed to one that becomes a bed, for convenience.

Casa Bolívar. Art&Design and in HistoricCenter

This is a beautiful apartment in a 1910 three-story building. It keeps its original masonry and marble stairs as well as its original facade. There is only one apartment per floor. The Old San Telmo Market is right across the street. Have your first breakfast at Nica, a cute café situated on the ground floor of the building. This one is on me! My treat! To keep in mind: the neighbors is very friendly but it is not quiet; the nights tend to be vibrant and busy.
