The property is surrounded by 365 acres of state and MNA sanctuary lands with 700 feet of private frontage. Excellent trout fishing, kayaking, tubing, biking, XC skiing, snow shoeing and hiking right out the back door. If you want to truly get away from the pink skies and road noise and want the "up north" experience but not stay at a crummy resort or noisy lake, this is the place for you.

Enjoy sharing this Ausable river frontage home by staying in a private lower-level walkout. This gorgeous log home is on the famous Holy waters. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
