Villa with heated pool. Amazing views

Maximum allowed in the property is 8 adults. Max. 10 guests. Families or older couples only. Make memories at this family-friendly place. A stunning villa with 4 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathroom) and a guest toilet. The Villa has a unique infinity pool with impressive views of the Ria de Villaviciosa. The pool is JUST heated from 23:00 to 13:00. Maximum 27/28 degrees. No chlorine ♻️ The smaller beaches of El Puntal and Tazones are at 2km (1.2miles). Rodiles and Espasa beach at 25 min.

Breathtaking view 350 mtrs. from the beach+Jacuzzi

Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 or 4 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system. La Cochera de Somao is a 1900 Indian house, totally rehabilitated, located on an enclosed property of 7,500 square meters. Somao, a natural viewpoint of the Nalon estuary and the Cantabrian coast, preserves an important complex of houses or palaces of Indian architecture in its rural centre. Within a radius of three kilometers are the recreational forest areas of La Peñona and Monteagudo and Muros del Nalón, with the beaches of Aguilar, Xilo, Las Llanas and its coastal path.

Best Sea Views. Steps from a Blue Flag Beach.

Asturias airport 10 minutes away. Nevertheless, planes are not heard nor seen from the house. Stand-alone stone house in a 2,000 sq.m. fully enclosed property situated in a quiet and nature-sorrounded 3-property cul-de-sac 25 meters above Arnao beach (Castrillón municipality) and very close to Salinas beach. The city of Avilés is 7 kms away and it takes half an hour to get either to Oviedo or to Gijón. There are big supermarkets and grocery shops1 mile from the house.

Welcome to our house in Noriega! A place strategically located between Asturias and Cantabria, the mountains and the sea. Our house is fully equipped, with a large kitchen, two cozy living rooms, fireplaces, garden and even a hanging boat to enjoy the views of the Picos de Europa. Villa tiviti in the hearts of Asturias .

Spectacular newly built Asturian style house fully equipped both indoors and outdoors for a maximum of 11 people who spend a few days with all the comforts as if you were in your own home. Very good communication for being anywhere in Asturias in less than 30 minutes and five minutes from Oviedo and in a small town with all the services a five-minute walk away. Free wifi and Netflix. In addition to barbecue, ping pong table, basketball , etc.
