Welcome to @BOOZEOSHOUSE! We are in the prime area of Búzios, 150 METERS from the Left Corner of Geribá and Ferradurinha, and a 5-minute drive to the Center (Rua das Pedras). We have 4 SUITES (all air-conditioned) and 400Mb Wi Fi. Living room with Smart TV and pool. Outdoor area with barbecue grill, wood oven, ping-pong, shower and space for 5 cars. Kitchen equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, air fryer, and utensils available. Laundry with washing machine and tank.

Comfort and a wonderful view of Buzios

The house is located in the beach of João Fernandes (150m), the beach has calm waters proper for kids and families. It's near the Rua das Pedras (Downtown Búzios). On the beach there are various bars and restaurants that serve all kind of seafood. The view is wonderful, you can even see the sea from the bed on the top stairs bedroom. The house was completely reformed in 2015, so everything is new. The kitchen is integrated with the barbecue grill, forming a gourmet space that's very pleasurable.

We are in the center of the city at Praia da Armação, on the Bardot waterfront, with great restaurants. And next to the Zapata(nightclub)with a lot of buzz, music and joy, on holidays and weekend is even more hectic! The gate accesses the hallway that serves another house of ours. The house is completely independent! Casa/Loft: On the ground floor: service area, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs: The room with 1 double bed, ballet with sofa bed and balcony(integrated), with sea view.
