It is an independent chalet (full rental) is very close to Madrid (in an urbanization on the outskirts of Móstoles) despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways. It is a very quiet development, which gives the feeling of being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. Ideal place to disconnect two steps from Madrid.

Beautiful rustic house. It has three double bedrooms, two double sofa beds. Two full bathrooms, game room with billiard and foosball, kitchen to eat. TVs, air conditioning, utensils, linens. Large garden with pool and two barbecues. Ideal for families. We do not accept less than 30 years. Check-in time 4:00 PM and 12:00 Exit. Pet friendly in advance.
