In spring 2020 we acquired the property, it has 5 holiday homes. This one, number 7/1, was just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now we look forward to seeing you! The sunny cottage is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catching the sun for you and holding it (hopefully all the time ;) ) for you. The sunny cottage has a living room, the kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.

Wir bieten vor allem in der Sommerferienzeit Bade- und Natururlaub für Familien an. Aber gerade in der Vor- und Nachsaison hat diese Gegend ihre besonderen Reize wie z.B. die Heideblüte oder den Kranichzug. Wer also die Landschaft genießen und die Sehenswürdigkeiten erleben will, sollte gerne buchen. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung hat ein Zweibettzimmer mit Kamin, eine Küche mit Essplatz, Sitzgelegenheit und ein Bad.

The 35qm apartment is perfectly located in the requested area called "Rotes Feld" close to the university, the "Kurpark", the city center, Vienna Cafe, ALDI and biological market. All destinations can easily be reached by foot, you could as well rent a bike (5 € per day). You´ll find wlan, internetTV, your own parking space in front of the apartment and a little terrace in the backyard for your own use.

The apartment was only completed in 2022 and welcomes you on about 170 square meters with a large living and dining area, an open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 separate bedrooms. From the spacious living area with high ceiling, open half-timbered and the glazed tennis gate (Grod Dör) you can look at the village square.
