The apartment on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance, is bright and spacious, about 95 m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with a double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, antique pull-out bed in the largest bedroom possibly for children and an open solution for kitchen/with wood-burning stove and heat pump. The bathroom is big with 2 sinks, shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment comes with a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Lovely view from the conservatory over Nidelven. Wi-Fi, smartTV (no reg. channels). The garden is available by guests upon agreement. Park free v the house.

Nice apartment, central and seaside. Incl parking

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location in the middle of a quiet development area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. 300m to shop and bus. The bus runs about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door. Central and cozy home in Arendal

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ The accommodation is located in the middle of the island with proximity to both the sea, city, country, and great swimming opportunities. Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

Thumbsome Guest house

Lovely and almost brand new guest house with very high standard, sleeps 7 and only 5 minutes walking distance from downtown! The guesthouse was completed in 2021, and is to a high standard. Here you come in a quiet single-family home area with slipper distance to all city amenities. The home comes fully furnished and with all you might need from bed linen, towels with all of the hair equipment, as well as fully equipped kitchen. Free power and WiFi is included of course! Here you just need to bring your toothbrush!

Apartment in beautiful Kolbjørnsvik

Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje i et gammelt, renovert sørlandshus med sjøutsikt og tilgang til hage og brygge. Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum (5min) flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndag. Nabolaget er svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies ut.

Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromsøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Free parking with possibility to charge an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every 15 minutes and 45 minutes to Dyreparken. Pets welcome. Possibility of long term rental from October-April.

Sørlandshus in idyllic Kolbjørnsvik

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.

Sørlandshus in the middle of Arendal city - on the water's edge

Unique location on Tyholmen in Arendal center - immediate distance to water, beach, marina, town, shopping center and restaurants. The 18th century house has 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in living room, full kitchen, tiled bathroom, a fire place and a patio. One climb stairs on the outside to get to the house. We also have a fairly steep staircase up to the second floor of the house (indoor). Recommend parking in Tyholmen parking garage 2 min from the house.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

The cabin has an inviting living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two double bedrooms and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a crib. Outside awaits a large terrace where you can enjoy the amazing view. The cabin is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cabin you can sail, fish and swim.
