Guest apartment in farmhouse built in 2022 with high coziness! On the lower floor is the entrance hall, a toilet and a shower. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and fridge) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together into double beds. Sofa and TV in one sleeping alcove. Office space for computer to screen and wifi connection. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

Åre/Tegefjäll on the piste Ideal for 1-2 families

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family friendly accommodation close to nature and adventures both summer and winter. In summer you can hike directly from house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.

Super functional newly renovated skier/MTB apartment in central Åre village. To get out in Åre's lift system, you only take the elevator three floors up, walk over a short walkway, and then you arrive at Tottliften. Dux 180 double bed, and sofa bed for two. Åre Torg is about five minutes walk, where all of Åre's restaurants, bars and nightclubs and grocery stores are located. Brilliant views of Åresjön and the mountains around. Renovated winter 2022, and has a complete kitchen, large TV, workspace and new sofa bed

Cozy apartment in Undersåker near Åre

Cozy and well equipped apartment of 45 sqm in part of our house. Separate, secluded entrance. Suitable for 2-4 persons. The house is located individually but still in the middle of Undersåker, on a large plot directly adjacent to the forest where there are hiking trails, exercise tracks (summer time) and long sledding slopes. Wide views towards Trillevallen/Välliste. Underfloor heating in all the rooms and free wifi. Note: During the Easter holiday (April 17-27), we only rent out at least 7 consecutive nights.

Beautiful cabin in Huså close to nature

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
