2 cozy rooms fully equipped, 40 m² on the ground floor of a very quiet residence, a 10-minute walk from the city center and the hospital. Up to 4 people can be accommodated. Ideal for a couple. Very nice T2 of 50 m2 on the ground floor with terrace, bright refurbished, located Boulevard de la Corniche 15 min walk from the Thermes or downtown and 20 min from the port of Thonon. The apartment consists of a bedroom suite with double bed of 160 cm, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is open to a comfortable dining area. The living room has access to the terrace.

Independent chalet 70m2 garden and private parking

Ideally located, close to the lake (beach at 300m) and the city center (1.5km) of Thonon and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of the gates of the sun, Bernex, Thollon etc. You can take advantage of a space (15m²) to store your bikes or skis for example, and also a garden with barbecue and garden table. Private parking in the courtyard of the chalet. Please read the house rules for cleaning and heating fees (winter period).
