We welcome you in an independent T2 on the ground floor of our house. The accommodation opens to a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an unattended swimming pool. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) to tourist activities and sites (chocolate museum, via-rhôna, small train of the Ardèche...). 5 min from the bus station, 12 min from the TER tjrs train station on foot. Exit of highway 3 km away.

Big peaceful home

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. I have 2 small children so everything is suitable for children (umbrella bed, high chairs, bathtubs, games, changing table...). Please note that this is my place so it has all our belongings. I will of course free a few shelves for the storage of your belongings. There is a large 2000m2 garden with cabin and playground for children. It's very quiet. Towels and sheets are provided for a supplement of 20 euros.

ardèche cottage between rivers and forests

Located in the heart of the green Ardèche, the gîte le Robin des Bois , 500 m from the river, this small haven of peace is a corner of paradise for children(many games/toys available) . Large stone cottage, independent with 2500 square meters of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandbox, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. Access: 30 min from the highway (Valencia).

Spacious apartment type F3 on the 1st floor in a very quiet residence, a terrace . Private parking space. Downtown Vienna is a 3-minute drive from the residence . Possibility to use public transport (bus stop is 100 m away) . To discover, ancient theater, temple of Augustus and Livie, the largest Gallo-Roman museum in Europe and of course our vineyards with the roasted wines of Vienna .

Située à proximité de la D 519 ainsi qu' à 5 min de la sortie N°12 de l'autoroute A7 .
