Modern tiny house in Munich with beautiful garden, swimming pool, Hot Tub and private entrance to the lakeside. Close to the subway - only 25 minutes to the city center. The garden has many highlights like a fire pit, table tennis area, two heatable pools, two outdoor dining areas, a big grill and two lounge areas as well as a hammock and a little bar with three refrigerators for cold beverages. Due to the private entrance to the lakeside, you can easily go for a swim whenever you want.

Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which makes up the cube inside and out. From the round window you have a magnificent view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via airbnb (see separate airbnb listing). You can relax wonderfully on the wooden and stone terrace in front of the cube and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Wonderful!

family friendly apartment on Lake Ammersee

Family-friendly accommodation right on the beautiful Ammersee (about 50 m away from the bathing dock). The apartment is around 120 m² and ideally suited for a larger family. Upon request, it is possible to rent a second apartment in the same house so that another family can be accommodated. Herrsching is optimally connected to the greater Munich area, the S-Bahn S8 is about 300 m away and goes directly to the center or to the airport.

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gate to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or just spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. There are no wishes left here! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill awaits to be fired and in the large garden, trampoline, fire pit, heart beat faster.
