Bright holiday apartment overlooking ski slope

Sunny and large open-plan living/kitchen/dining space, 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom, and (sunny) private parking space. Shared ski storage room and games room (ping-pong, foosball, etc.) in the building. Ideal for families and beginners, with kids' slopes, a ski school and ski rental on the doorstep (and base ski lift taking you to Hoch-Ybrig ski region within 1.2km). In summer months, the area is a hiking paradise. Bus stop, bakery, mini-market, bars/restaurants all within 300m.

CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

A paradise for families on Lake Constance. 100 meters to the swimming spot on the Seerhein Gottlieben. 2 SUPs and 3 bicycles are available. Canoe, kayak, more SUPs and bicycles to rent in the village. Sandpit, swing and climbing frame in the garden for playing. Gottlieben Cafe and 2 restaurants on the Seerhein that enchant. The apartment has a low ceiling height, and is hard of hearing. We hosts ( family with 3 toddlers) live upstairs and kicks are heard from us. Sauna (2 people)
