The penthouse is on the 3rd floor of the family home, it is very comfortable and intimate, the rooms are spacious,clean and bright.They can enjoy a private outdoor terrace of about 70 mts. it is new and its decoration is countryside; it has ceramic,washer,refrigerator, microwave,blender,iron, hair dryer,fan, clothes dryer, wifi, umbrella and parasol for the beach and PARABOLIC ANTENNA.IT has a lot of natural light in addition to good ventilation in all the estancias.Free parking spaces.

A nice apartment quiet and relaxing area to spend a few days on the island have supermarket nearby ,pharmacy ,beach bars restaurants in the coats good fish very recommended walking 10 or 15 minutes away ideal for a few days on vacation near the airport Jacuzzi outside private terrace with ambient temperature 🙏 Available transfer with additional price It's a low one. They don't have very comfortable and spacious stairs 👌 Please do not bathe with beach sand in jacuzzi thanks

First Line Oceanfront: Stylish Retreat to Unwind

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.

My nice and familiar apartment is equipped to enjoy a great vacation. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunrises over the sea, eat in delicious restaurants nearby or have a drink, practice water sports or just lie on the sand. You will be welcomed as a guest if you understand the concept of Airbnb, it is not a Hotel but my house, with its virtues and flaws, but prepared with all the love to make your stay pleasant.
