Newly renovated villa with large garden and pool. Perfect for the big family who wants swimming, barbecue and coziness in the garden and be close to the beach, forest and only 20 min drive from Copenhagen. Charlottenlund is a suburb of Copenhagen. Charming town with many shopping opportunities, delicious shops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely forest with castle is 50 meters from the house and the beach only 2 km away. The station is 1 km away. Only 15 minutes by train to Copenhagen city center. Do not want children under the age of 8 as a tenant.

Unik bolig for familie/venner der vil være tæt på naturen med mulighed for mountainbiking/løb/hiking og tæt på København (16 km væk). Villaen ligger på en stor grund med direkte udgang til Hareskoven, hvor der er gode mountainbikespor. På grunden findes bålplads. Fra villaen er der direkte udgang til en 100 km2 stor træterrasse med delvis overdækning og med loungeområde, spiseområde og grill. I nærområdet er Søndersø med badebro. S-tog station er 7 min. gang væk med direkte linie til København.

Luxury villa of 400 m2, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to the city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Unique beach fronting house close to everything

Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. This is the house our family live in on a permanent basis. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!

Relax with the whole family at this serene home from 1929. 7 rooms of 139 square meters. Large kitchen-living room, dishwasher, washing machine, TV lounge with sofas and armchair, 4 bedrooms (several with double beds). Bathroom and toilet. Driveway with space for parking and free parking on the road.
