One bedroom unit, with fresh paint and new carpet in the bedroom. There is a queen size bed, nightstand, desk, and small closet. There is a spacious bathroom, new shower only, (no bathtub). Clean fresh linens, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is basic with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items provided. Coffeemaker. The living room has couch (not a sofa bed), chair tables and TV with local antennae, amazon stick.

Its prime location in the Short North is in easy reach of OSU and DT on foot or by bus. I expect guests to read my entire listing before booking & printed manual upon arrival, so that expectations are clear. As of 12/2022, the apt. feature a fully renovated bathroom. Welcome to Columbus, Ohio! This spacious apartment is incredibly convenient to The Ohio State University, Riverside Hospital, downtown Columbus, and the airport. It is the lower level of a large house in a quiet neighborhood and is completely private with its own entrance. Guests have their own large private deck (with a swing!) and private backyard. Perfect for those visiting Columbus, seeing friends/family at Riverside or OSU, or traveling for work.

Fabulous private apartment inside beautiful home

Fabulous space, living room with wet bar, MW, mini fridge, large screen TV with cable and Netflix. Lovely bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with a shower. Couch has a pullout that sleeps two. Quiet peaceful space. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, ample parking. Short ride to OSU campus and medical centers. Garden lovers: feel free to tour the garden. If I'm around I'd be happy to give you a guided tour. I love sharing my plants.
